MP newly launched Jiatai JITLC12025XQ fiber laser cutting machine is specially customized for thick steel plate processing of mining equipment. Equipped with a 12000W laser module, this machine supports full-plate cutting up to 12000mm × 2500mm. Its actual positioning accuracy reaches ±0.03mm/m, and it can cut carbon steel plates as thick as 50mm. It works well with common mining materials including carbon steel, stainless steel, manganese alloy and aluminum alloy. All plates can be cut into qualified parts in one pass without secondary trimming or manual correction.We apply this laser cutting process to all our core products, including jaw crushers, cone crushers, impact crushers, mobile crushing plants, vibrating screens, feeders and sand makers.
