Traditional stationary crushing plants in such application fields as raw ore processing, aggregate production, and construction waste recycling often face several disadvantages that include expensive civil construction, lengthy installation and relocation process, as well as inability to rapidly transfer the equipment to different locations. MW120J Wheeled Mobile Crushing Plant is a key model in the line of MP integrated mobile crushing and screening plants specially designed to ensure the fulfillment of multi-location and temporary crushing projects due to a highly integrated structural design.

The complete mobile plant is equipped with the tested MP PEV Series Jaw Crusher as the main crushing unit, along with the MVF1242 grizzly feeder, B1200 main conveyor, and 4kW magnetic separator all mounted on a single wheeled chassis. The whole system is configured in a fully-electric drive without the need for a separate diesel power unit. It features standard hydraulic fine-adjustment support legs and a foldable wear-resistant heavy steel hopper that can be transported to the construction site using a tractor. No concrete foundation is needed at the construction site; operators only need to level the machine with the help of hydraulic system, thus, making the complete installation process easy and short enough to start crushing immediately.

Smart control and world-wide adaptability are the main characteristics of this model. The plant is equipped with the ACS W1 unit automation control system that allows for integration into the complete MP cascade control system for the simultaneous operation of multiple crushing units. PEV120 Jaw Crusher is the main crushing unit in the whole mobile plant. It has the large 1,200mm × 870mm feed opening that can accept oversized materials like large rocks, concrete blocks, and construction waste materials of up to 700mm in diameter without any additional pre-size process thus simplifying feeding process greatly.Its discharge opening is able to be adjusted continuously from 70mm up to 175mm that allows operators to change production requirements for aggregate materials and recycled aggregates easily. Thanks to the powerful 160kW drive motor the crusher has enough power reserve ensuring that the plant is capable of having up to 400 tonnes per hour processing capacity for the intensive crushing process.The hydraulic discharge opening adjusting system is provided as standard allowing the operator to adjust the crusher outlet remotely using the electrical control system. Thus, the operator has an easier control and high adjusting accuracy. The front part of the plant includes the MVF1242 vibrating grizzly feeder powered by two synchronized 5.5kW motors. With 4,200mm x 1,200mm structural dimensions it can reliably receive the material discharged from loaders or excavators. Its 400tph capacity is perfectly matched with the downstream jaw crusher capacity, thus, preventing any insufficiency or material accumulation problems during operation.The feeder has a two-stage pre-screening system. The 85mm grizzly spacing with 30 × 30mm pre-screen mesh allows the soil and powder materials to be separated from the raw feed before crushing. In this way, the amount of fine materials entering the crushing chamber is reduced, lowering the wear on jaw plates and liners and prolonging their replacement intervals.Its 6.5m³ large hopper is made of wear-resistant steel plates. It has a good resistance to material impact. The main conveyor is responsible for transporting and stockpiling the crushed material. It is powered by a 15kW motor and delivers a steady conveying force. Maximum conveyor capacity is up to 400tph, which is fully matched with the processing capacity of the whole plant.Above the conveyor system there is a 4kW magnetic separator. During material transportation crushed materials will pass through magnetic field area where ferrous contaminants like steel bars, iron wires, scrap metal pieces and metal fragments among aggregates or construction waste will be automatically attracted and separated.It protects equipment from contamination with hard metal objects and will eliminate such problems as crusher blockage, jaw plate damage and unplanned stops. This machine is equipped with two operating modes: transportation mode and working mode. Major dimensions difference of these two modes is in the hopper folding structure.In the transportation mode the side parts of the hopper will be folded inside and the overall width of the machine will be reduced to 3,560mm. Transport dimensions will be 14,410 × 3,560 × 4,050mm, the complete plant will meet the standards of road transportation width and height and does not require any oversized transport permit.When arrived at the construction site the hopper can be unfolded hydraulically and the machine will reach its full working dimensions – 14,410 × 4,710 × 4,970mm and will use all of the 6.5m³ hopper capacity. This allows to have no problems with feeding, crushing and conveying of material during the work.Total weight of the complete plant is 57,500kg and it is mounted on the three-axle chassis with several hydraulic support legs. Chassis Travel System and Complete Structure Configuration

The whole crushing plant is mounted on the three-axle wheeled chassis that has a standard configuration for transportation, parking, support and maintenance.The chassis is equipped with a reliable air braking system with the 90# King pin towing connection and parking hand brake. During transportation the braking system will provide responsive and stable braking and parking brake will secure the position of the machine at the construction site and prevent its accidental movement.The whole machine is equipped with twelve 12R22.5 tires which provide sufficient load capacity to move stably on paved roads and aggregate production site.

Machine has three pairs of hydraulic support legs. During installation and operation of the machine every support leg can be adjusted independently to compensate uneven ground surface and to keep machine level. This helps to prevent operational problems that can appear due to machine inclination, for example, unbalanced feeding or conveyor belt deviation.Standard factory configuration includes integrated supporting frame, complete electrical wiring system, control panel, integrated maintenance platform, safety guardrails and maintenance ladders. ACS W1 Automatic Control System Description

The whole process of machine operation is controlled with the help of MP ACS W1 process control system. There is no need to start/stop the feeder, crusher and conveyor separately. They will provide normal start of the control and hydraulic system elements under low temperature and prevent such problems as thickening of the hydraulic oil or malfunctions of electrical elements.For projects that require separate classification of fine materials it is possible to install B650-4m side conveyor. It is equipped with independent 4kW drive motor and allows to discharge the fine materials separately.When there are not enough maintenance conditions for hydraulic discharge regulation in remote mining areas, the standard hydraulic discharge adjustment system can be replaced with mechanical discharge regulation.In case of continuous operation of the project in extremely cold climate, an automatic lubrication system can be installed.
